This course is designed to provide your workplace and frontline staff with strategies to build public safety awareness and tools to use for preparedness.

Attend this workshop and learn to deal with difficult individuals and situations more confidently.
This workshop will cover a range of topics, including how to safely and professionally communicate with an aggravated customer.

Using the ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate)  Training; Lieutenant’s Creech and Stromberg will provide a forum for you to talk, learn and experience issues related to the importance of awareness and prevention. Basic tools and techniques will be shared.

Workers that disturb lead-based paint in demolition and remodeling may have excessive exposures to lead from tasks such as welding and cutting on painted metal. We will cover all of the requirements of the standard, including, the hazard assessment, or exposure monitoring, medical surveillance and record keeping, engineering controls, housekeeping and personal hygiene, PPE, respiratory protection, and employee information and training.
