Employee Well-being Month spotlights the workplace’s role in helping to create healthier, happier employees and human beings. To celebrate, we have teamed up with Jane Schamber to bring you, Best Practices For a Healthy Lifestyle - tips and techniques to keep your mind and body actively engaged during the workday.

Topics covered in the workshop will be:
Good lifestyle habits to incorporate at work to improve general health
Correct sitting, standing and lifting postures.
Exercises to perform to prevent overuse and strain injuries
Suggestions for correct desk arrangements and available equipment
Brief review of OSHA, employer obligations and employee rights
You will get an opportunity to practice some of these exercises and have a review of your postures.

1 All-Day Saturday Wrap-Up
