Been doing your books by hand, on a spreadsheet or not at all? Is QuickBooks too expensive or too complicated for your small construction business, service related
business, artist or non-profit? Wave Apps offers a free online cloud based solution for
small business owners. This class will cover all of Wave Apps services including; getting
all the reports needed for loans, taxes and cost evaluations. Works with your checking
account with direct downloads from most banks. Wave Apps works on a mobile phone
allowing you to add receipts while on the road, invoice on the job site, and take credit
cards for a very small amount of 2.9% + 30¢. Don't leave another job site without
leaving the invoice or collecting a payment. No monthly payments and it is cloud based,
so no worries on that old computer you plan to back-up someday.
Although Wave Apps does do payroll, QuickBooks is still recommended for larger
businesses with retail point-of-sale systems or a larger number of employees.
