Today your website is the heart of your marketing. Yet most business owners are frustrated with building and managing their website.

Is it working? What’s missing? How can you be more effective? What's SEO and why is it important?

We'll review sample websites, calls to action, content choices, navigation and structure. Jennifer Larsen Morrow’s company has designed and built award-winning, marketing-driven websites. She’ll share the secrets of success in this intensive workshop.

There’s more to a website than pretty pictures and a story about the business. Identifying the goals for your website, then weaving it into your business—whether you’re a retail operation, manufacturer or service provider—is a foundation. Defining what’s important to your target audiences, what they search for, will guide your Search Engine Optimization. Choosing images, structuring navigation and determining what content to use are all important decisions.

Your workshop leader, Jennifer Larsen Morrow, leads Creative Company, an award-winning marketing and design firm that was founded in Salem in 1978. She has worked with many businesses and non-profits in the region and around the country and earned hundreds of awards for her company’s work.

Bring your questions and concerns. We’ll review:

> What’s essential for your website today
> Basic rules for website readability to keep your visitors clicking
> How to bring the right visitors to your site
> Ways to capture information to use for ongoing marketing
> How social media can drive more traffic to your website
> Why video and “mobile first” are so important

Jennifer regularly receives rave reviews for her classes and presentations. Get ready to be inspired, enlightened and challenged … and to learn specific actions and tactics you can put to work right away.
