      Deschutes Concrete Construction opened in 2005 with the mission of family owners Matt, Gina, Garett, and Kristin Floyd, to be “as solid as the concrete they pour.” Over the last six years, they have accomplished that mission over several diverse construction projects and have grown sales by 600%. One of their most visible projects is the Highway 97 Wildlife Crossing, which is part of the Lava Butte Bridge project set to be completed this summer.
