Learn about how to avoid stress and add many quality years to your life. Seminar will cover what exactly stress is and how it devastates our bodies. We will discuss both helpful and inappropriate responses to stress.
We will talk about the most common events and experiences that heighten our stress levels, and how we can make our bodies more adaptable to this stress when it occurs. We will go over a list of preventable diseases that can be avoided by managing our stress well.
