Columbia Gorge Community College's Small Business Development Center will lend books locally. If we must mail the books to the borrower, we will charge a mailing and handling fee. We will request a credit card number at the time of the lending request. If the book is not returned, the client will be charged for the retail price of the book. We encourage borrowers to stop by our office on the second floor of Building Two at Columbia Gorge Community College to avoid the mailing charges.
