We have been providing international trade education programs and one-on-one
business counseling on international trade for over 20 years.
Through www.bizcenter.org and our Network of 19 local Centers you can gain access to international trade
information and assistance you need to succeed in the global marketplace.

We offer short-term, targeted workshops, seminars and classes on a variety of international trade topics. We provide one-on-one counseling to businesses entering or expanding in the global marketplace. We offer Oregon businesses access to local, state, national and international public and private sector resources.

Our services include
- Specialized Training Programs:
The Portland Community College SBDC “Going Global” international trade program offers specialized training
programs on a variety of international topics including global business management, trade finance,
international logistics and documentation, international marketing, and legal and cultural issues.
- Counseling:
Experienced OSBDCN international trade counselors provide in-depth, one-on-one assistance to Oregon
businesses on the techniques, procedures and strategies of international trade. We can assist in assessing
the readiness of your company and products for export markets, developing export and import strategies
covering international markets, your global supply chain, trade finance, legal issues and other global
business activities. Our counseling services are confidential, free and available by appointment.
